Who We Are?
We are engaged in manufacturing of Gold/Silver special electroplating chemicals. All chemicals are cyanide free and non-hazardous to skin.
SILV
For Silver Palting By Pen/Brush
CORONA
For Silver/Gold Cyanide Bath
AGO
For Gold Plating By Pen/Brush and Bath
- It can be used for silver plating of huge items like Kalash, Mugut, etc. of any size.
- It gives very good bonding to coating.
- 100 gm. of SPC can be dissolved in 1 litre of SILV.
- 1 gm. of SPC covers 1 sq. ft. area.
- A rectifier of 3V/2A is required for plating.
- Steel strip or rod can be used as a pen/brush.
- Requires much less capital invest.
- An additive for cyanide bath
- It gives very good bonding to coating.
- Only 30-60 ml of CORONA needs to be added per litre
- For silver plating, add "Ni-brightner". For makeup add 20-30ml/ltr and add 2-3ml/1gm silver consume.
- Only 30 gm. of cyanide/ litre is required
- Low current density and low voltage is required (2-3 Volts)
- It also adds heat resistance to coating
- It may increase the rate of deposition
- Plating can be done with the help of only Steel anode, instead of silver anode in conventional plating techniques
- Requires much less capital investment
- Plating up to 15-20 microns or even more can be done, as and when required
- Only 2-3 gm. of SPC per litre needs to be added
- Operating cost of this technique is much less as compared to conventional plating techniques
- Iron can be directly silver plated without any undercoat
- Only one time addition
- It can be used for gold plating of huge items like Kalash, Mugut, etc. of any size.
- It gives very good bonding to coating
- 100 gm. of GPC can be dissolved in 1 litre of AGO
- 1 gm. of GPC covers 1 sq. ft. area
- A rectifier of 3V/2A is required for plating
- Steel strip or rod can be used as a pen/brush
- Requires much less capital investment
- Gold platting on copper/silver/gold jewellery
- It gives very good bonding to coating
- Add 2-3 gms GPC to 1 litter AGO
- It is a completely Cyanide free chemical
- Steel Anode to be used
- 3 volt and 0.01 amp/sq.cm to be applied
- Requires much less capital investment
